JSN Billet 16-21mm Stroker Cases

We do our best to keep these in stock.  However, billet cases are a custom order part and typically have a 30 day lead time.  Upon ordering, we’ll reach out to confirm lead time for your order.

Designed to solve all the common problems with billet cases.  These cases are designed by JetSkiNerd and come port matched for CPI-based cylinders such as JSN1105/1200, Torrent 1105/1200 and TPE 1105/1200.  These cases come trenched for a tight fit to a 16mm stroker crank which reduces case volume improving overall performance.  We’ve designed these cases with enough material to trench all the way to a HUGE 21mm stroker crank.  The intake tunnel is raised, straightened and angled to achieve optimum performance.  If selected, cases will include our JSN billet modular intake manifold with an aggressive 20 degree angle reducing drag on the incoming air charge.
