JSN Intake Manifold

Note: Intakes are currently in production.  Shipments will begin in late November.

JSN’s all new billet intake manifold set is designed for top performance with a simplistic design.  This intake is compatible with aftermarket billet cases such as JSN/DASA. The bolt pattern matches both JSN and DASA cases and is compatible with Artic Cat 1000 style reeds (with slight modifications to the reed cages).

The JSN intake has an industry leading 20 degree angle providing a smooth path for the intake air charge.  The intake comes pre-sized for 50mm carbs.  We’ve used studs instead of bolts to attach carbs allowing for an expanded o-ring diameter which makes opening up to 52mm no problem at all.

Our speed plate uses the standard PHP style bolt pattern making carb swaps with other motors a breeze!

What’s Not Included?

• Carburetor gaskets
• Reed gaskets
• Bolts attaching intake to engine (different engine configurations will require varying bolt lengths.  Contact us for a bolt kit)
